Hiker's Chronicle app for iPhone and iPad

A journaling app to accompany you on your life changing thru-hike. It could be the Appalachian Trail, the Pacific Crest Trail, or any of your favorite trails. Record your thoughts and observations as well as metric data like distance hiked, hours hiked, and gps coordinates. Lastly, include a photo that helps paint the story for that particular day! The journal entries are stored locally on your phone and you have the ability to send the entries to your favorite hiking journal site email service. This allows you to share your hiking journal with friends and family! So when you are out on the trail, without phone service or data, offline, you can chronicle your journey. When you come back to civilization to resupply, you can forward those entries onward.
